Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Because our blankets are designed to be colored and personalized, we cannot accept returns on blankets that have been colored, marked, washed, or otherwise customized.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be changed or canceled.
